Welcome to Dark Rose Designs

Dark Rose Designs is the brainchild of artist and creator, Loreena Rose. What began as a simple toy shop in 1997 to help pay for college, slowly blossomed into a truly unique boutique of custom one of a kind dolls, clothing, costumes, and hard to find toys from her childhood. When she isn't tinkering away in the shop she's strapping on her skates and taking on her 4 year title of "Most Feared Skater" with Colorado's Premier roller derby league, 3rd in the nation, the Denver Roller Dolls, under the skate name Primal Rage.

Some of the common side effects of being a Derby Girl is the constant showering and painful muscles. Having been born with sensitive Irish skin, Loreena decided to take her love of gardening and herbal knowledge to create natural herbal soaps and muscle balms that repair your skin and tissues while it cleans instead of stripping the skin of it's vital nutrients like so many of the other bar 'detergents'.

Many of our ingredients are grown straight from our garden in Westminster Colorado.
